The assault resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

An additional two individuals are now in custody related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people sustained injuries by what is thought to be pepper spray, as stated by police.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests come after a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, two women were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt during the incident. Five people went to hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Police detained a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault near the location. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were alerted at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - an event that police said was isolated and not considered an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
